Insights Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quivereg, Co. ("Quivereg," "Insights," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation operating the Insights finance analytics platform, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our finance analytics platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It also explains your rights and how to exercise them.

We maintain an up-to-date subprocessor list. Enterprise customers may request notification of subprocessor changes via their Data Processing Agreement.

4.2 Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena). Where permitted, we will notify you before disclosing.

4.3 Business transfers. If Quivereg, Co. is acquired, merges with another company, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Services before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
